If you've seen, or even photographed, something unusual in the sky, and would like the world to know, why not submit a report that can be posted here?
Obviously, the more detail the better, and a photo would be ideal. Even if it's just a sighting of something 'out of the ordinary', it may be a vital clue to help understand what's causing this phenomena.
All reports are treated in confidence, and nothing will appear without your express permission. Try to include such information as time and date, location, weather conditions, whether any other aircraft or trails were visible, behaviour of the contrail, any sounds that accompanied the sighting - in fact, anything that might be relevant.
